President Donald Trump has been regularly issuing several angry tweets in response to various speeches at the 2020 Democratic National Convention this week.

But he took his fury to a whole other level on Wednesday night when former President Barack Obama took the (virtual) stage.

“HE SPIED ON MY CAMPAIGN, AND GOT CAUGHT!” Trump howled on Twitter about a half hour into Obama’s speech, once again pushing his evidence-free conspiracy theory about his predecessor.

“WHY DID HE REFUSE TO ENDORSE SLOW JOE UNTIL IT WAS ALL OVER, AND EVEN THEN WAS VERY LATE? WHY DID HE TRY TO GET HIM NOT TO RUN?” the President tweeted several minutes later.

And then he fired off one last unhinged tweet during Obama’s speech.

“BUT DIDN’T SHE CALL HIM A RACIST??? DIDN’T SHE SAY HE WAS INCOMPETENT???” Trump wrote of Biden’s running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA).

He was likely talking about the viral moment during a Democratic primary debate last year in which Harris called out Biden’s anti-busing stance and friendliness with anti-segregationists in Congress back when he served as a senator.

However, the California Democrat stated clearly that she was not calling him a racist before making her point.

“I do not believe you are a racist, and I agree with you when you commit yourself to the importance of finding common ground,” she told Biden.

As for the second half of Trump’s tweet, Harris did not say that Biden is incompetent.
