The security breach that caused massive delays at Newark airport last Sunday were apparently caused by a young man who wanted to kiss his girlfriend goodbye at the gate.

According to reports, the Newark Airport security tape reveals that the security breakdown was caused by a man who went through an exit while a TSA guard’s back was turned, so he could say goodbye to his girlfriend, who had already cleared security.

New Jersey Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D) has apparently seen the tape, and is planning to release it sometime soon.
