Cops: Man Shot 11-Year-Old With BB Gun As Revenge For Shooting His Son

MCKEESPORT, Pa. (AP) — Authorities in Pennsylvania say a man has shot an 11-year-old boy in the chest with a BB gun and claims the boy had previously shot his own young son with the same kind of weapon.

Police in Allegheny County say 31-year-old Albert Clark of McKeesport approached the boy Sunday afternoon on the playground of the former George Washington Elementary School and fired twice.

Police say the boy was taken to UPMC McKeesport and later flown to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in critical condition.

Police say Clark told investigators the boy had shot his 5-year-old son with a BB gun. Clark faces charges including aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

Clark is being held on $250,000 bail. Court documents don’t list an attorney who could comment on the charges.

  3. I bet every man ever shot by police WISHED they had gotten shot with a BB gun…Coulda been worse too, this ass-jack could have used an AK-47 for dramatics…

  4. Aggravated assault? Why not attempted murder? The way this gun and its ammo looks you probably can kill an 11 year old with it, right? I’m confused.

I think I need to know velocities to understand this. The last time I was shot with a bb gun, there was no medivac.
