Obama’s Children’s Book ‘Of Thee I Sing’ Hits Shelves Today

President Barack Obama — already a best-selling author — has a new children’s book hitting shelves today.

Of Thee I Sing” tells the tale of groundbreaking Americans like Georgia O’Keefe, Jackie Robinson and George Washington — whose traits Obama says he sees in all American children, including his own.Sasha and Malia Obama are also pictured on the cover with the Obamas’ dog, Bo.

Obama authored the book — published by Alfred A. Knopf — before he took office in 2009.

All proceeds of the book will go to a fund helping children of wounded and killed soldiers.
