Police have evacuated New York’s Times Square for the second time in a week, after a report of a suspicious package.

According to a report on MSNBC, NYPD say that the suspicious package in question is a cooler or lunchbox left in front of a hotel.

CNN reported that the FBI confirmed to them that they are also investigating the incident.

Late Update: Police have allowed traffic and people to re-enter Times Square. MSNBC reports that the NYPD gave the all clear after finding no harmful materials in the container.
