I’m with you! I just caught a piece on Alex Wagner’s NOW that the GOP intent is to release the findings of these hearings in the summer of 2016.

Because of course they are! The GOP has been on permanent campaign mode for so long that the concept of governing is completely foreign to them.
Bet more than a few of them are kicking themselves for how unnecessarily sweeping was that SCOTUS ‘money is speech’ ruling. If they’d left some of the scaffolding intact, they’d could just segue from the special Bbbeeennnggghhhaaazzziiii hearings into special campaign finance hearings and just keep her tied down for the next 18 months.
As it stands, she gets to say, I already answered that, a bunch of times, and somehow Treyso’ Cheesie Gowdy’s minions are expected to cobble together a brand new House committee report on Bbbeeennnggghhhaaazzziiii with no new material to work with.
Cheesie might have to hire Peter Schweizer.to write it.
