Former Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) responded to the idea that Democrats are targeting South Carolina as a possibly flippable state, saying that “unless there are two South Carolinas,” the Democrats have no chance.
“This is Tim Scott, Lindsey Graham country,” Gowdy said Tuesday on Fox and Friends of the Republican senators from the state. “Not Kamala Harris, AOC territory.”
Host Ainsley Earhardt chimed in, saying that her mom calls it “God’s country.”
“So do I,” Gowdy said.
