Just days after a guest was banned from “Lou Dobbs Tonight” for his comments about George Soros, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) ended his interview Wednesday by saying: “It’s not anti-Semitic to criticize Soros.”
“I’m certainly glad that I didn’t just break away there,” Dobbs wryly responded.
Chris Farrell of Judicial Watch was blacklisted this weekend after he called the State Department “Soros-occupied” and said that the liberal billionaire was somehow funding the migrant “caravan” in a “Lou Dobbs Tonight” episode that aired just after the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting.
Fox Business Network condemned the comments and said they banned Farrell from appearing on the network again.
Incidentally, Gohmert also voiced the idea that Soros is somehow funding the immigrants on Fox News just last week.

Is Lou Dobbs sticking his thumb in the eye of the Fox Business news bosses who booted Judicial Watch Tool from appearing on the network in the future? Or is Lou Dobbs delivering a dog whistle for his Fox Business news bosses?
Guessing it is the latter.
Gohmert is a simpleton if he thinks the “problem” is criticizing Soros and not the way its done
It’s not anti-Semitic to criticize Soros, provided: (1) The facts cited are accurate; (2) He isn’t uniquely singled out as a billionaire who funds political causes. Unfortunately, neither of those are the case here…
He is right, it isn’t anti-Semitic to criticize Soros, but it is ant-Semitic to use anti-Semitic imagery and memes when you do. Dobbs is steeped in anti-Semitic memes and images and is working hard to dog whistle murderous fanatics.
True up to the point where the criticisms are unfounded. False if your criticisms are built on a foundation of Anti-Semitic tropes.
