Bawitda-wha?
It might have been the whiskey Kid Rock casually pulled straight from the bottle at 7 a.m. talking, but “Fox and Friends” is very sorry their musical guest called comedian Joy Behar a “bitch” on live television.
During an interview with the musician — who just opened a new restaurant in downtown Nashville — “Fox and Friends” co-host Steve Doocy immediately apologized when, during a rant about political correctness, Kid Rock told viewers to “love everybody,” except “screw that Joy Behar bitch. … I mean lady.”
“You cannot say that,” Doocy said. “We apologize for that. Listen, she’s just got a different point of view than you do.”
Behar, who also co-hosts “The View,” has been highly critical of President Trump, who Kid Rock has made clear he thinks is doing “a great job.” Doocy let Kid Rock — who also admitted to drinking “coffee and Baileys” before the interview — finish his thought, before prodding him to apologize for inundating the show’s early-morning viewers with such profanity.
“You apologize for that language, right?” Doocy said.
“I did apologize for the language, not the sentiment,” Kid Rock said, laughing, clad in sunglasses while clutching another unidentified drink in a styrofoam cup.
“We don’t feel that way. We apologize for both,” Doocy said.

Back in the New York studio, co-host Ainsley Earhardt doubled down on Doocy’s remorse.
“We do need to apologize,” she said. “We don’t feel that way about Joy Behar. We don’t condone that language.”
