Supporters of former Vice President Joe Biden filmed what appeared to be a campaign-style ad in south Florida over the weekend that focused on health care, education and Biden’s back story, featuring Spanish-speaking actors, Politico reported.

But footage of the secret production was reportedly posted on social media, prompting an email from those involved in creating the ad that threatened legal action if the photos and videos weren’t removed from social media.

According to the email sent to actors, which was obtained by Politico, “some moms” posted photos and videos of their children being filmed for the ad, prompting a “hot mess” for the group that’s still trying to keep Biden’s 2020 intentions under wraps. Biden’s spokesperson Bill Russo, “wouldn’t comment” to Politico.

Those who participated in the filming signed non disclosure agreements, Politico reported.

“If found photos or videos were posted after signing the NDA,” the email reportedly said, “legal action can occur.”
