Shirlington Limousine, pegged by news outlets as Brent Wilkes‘ hooker ferry service, had two more government contracts that haven’t been reported, Harper’s says: one with the Department of Housing and Urban Development ($519,823) and one with the Federal Highway Administration ($142,000).
