For reasons that are not known, a woman stripped down to her underwear on Tuesday outside the South Carolina Statehouse and sauntered toward a press conference on an anti-littering campaign, WISTV reported.
As the woman was being handcuffed, a man speaking at the press conference said, “you’ve got littering of all shapes and sizes, I can tell you right now” — an apparent reference to the woman’s clothes on the ground.
The woman, identified as Monica Dixon, was charged with disorderly conduct, according to the report.
