The girlfriend of one of two jailed white supremacists struggling to establish a foothold in Leith, N.D. took legal action Tuesday against a city councilman.
Deborah Henderson, whose boyfriend Kynan Dutton was jailed alongside neo-Nazi Craig Cobb on terrorizing charges, served her neighbor and councilman Lee Cook with a restraining order, the Bismarck Tribune reported.
Henderson wanted a judge to block Cook, whom she called a “voyeur,” from pointing an outdoor security camera at Cobb’s home, according to the Tribune. Henderson was living in Cobb’s home with her three children.
Henderson had previously served a man who runs an unofficial website about Leith with a restraining order, alleging the website was meant harass her and her family. A judge dismissed that order on Monday, according to the Tribune.
The town of Leith announced this week that it planned to demolish Cobb’s home. Henderson said some of Cobb’s acquaintances cleared the home of his belongings, but it was unclear where she and her children planned to relocate.
