President Obama addressed the nation after the capture of Boston bombing suspect Dzokhar Tsarnaev on Friday night, but also took the time to acknowledge the deadly explosion at a fertilizer plant that devestated West, Texas this week.
“All in all it’s been a tough week,” Obama said. “But we’ve seen the character of our country once more.”
