President Barack Obama is scheduled to deliver the eulogy for South Carolina state Sen. Clementa Pinckney (D), who was among the nine black parishioners killed by a white gunman last week at Emanuel AME Church in downtown Charleston.
Obama is expected to speak around 1:45 p.m. ET. Watch live below via NBC News:
