The second night of the Democratic National Convention begins at 4 p.m. ET Tuesday.
The night will include a roll call vote to officially nominate Hillary Clinton as the party’s presidential candidate. Speakers include former President Bill Clinton and the Mothers Of The Movement, whose children have been killed by police.
