The polls closed at 8 p.m. local time, or 11 p.m. ET, in the Washington Republican primary on Tuesday night.

GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump was expected to end the night one step closer to clinching the nomination. On the Democratic side, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) has already won more delegates in Washington than opponent Hillary Clinton.
