Trumps stuck on this one…

Can’t pardon Manafort because then Manafort can’t plead the fifth in testimony if called to testify to Congress.

At the same time he has to keep Pauly thinking a pardon is coming, so he wont flip.

I suspect that Trump will commute his sentence(s) after the DC trial.
