Yeah, I guess so…
Very often, when he’s trying to conjure some sort of happy talk out of thin air, when he just can’t think of an irrelevant fact to point to and his ability to simply make up a lie fails him, he talks about the tremendous, unprecedented-in-history “spirit” he sees. He often adds that he sees volcanic levels of “enthusiasm” as well.

I’m surprised he said “very well” and not “very good”. Or, even better, “very big”.
