Donald Trump slighted Republican voters on Tuesday after coming in second place in the Iowa caucus, writing on Twitter that he didn’t get “any credit” for “self-funding” his presidential campaign.

Trump initially seemed to take a more humble tack in response to his loss, saying he had a “great” experience in Iowa and was “honored” to be the runner-up to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). But in a mini-tweet storm on Tuesday morning, he blamed the media for “unfairly” covering his second-place finish and accused voters of being unimpressed with his campaign financing structure.
