A 3-year-old boy in Youngstown, Ohio shot and killed himself Sunday in a room where there were three handguns, television station WKBN reported.
The grandmother of Raytwon Briggs told authorities that the boy was playing with one of the guns when he shot himself in the head. Two other youngsters, ages one and five, were also in the home at the time of the shooting, but the boy’s parents were not.
Police said the shooting was likely an accident, but investigators are currently treating it like a homicide.
