A Texas lawmaker is proposing legislation that would make it a felony for anyone in the state to enforce a federal gun ban, KHOU 11 News reported this week. Texas state Rep. Steve Toth (R) said of the proposal: “We want to make sure this legislation protects the Second Amendment gun rights and the Tenth Amendment, which is state sovereignty rights of Texans.”
