Syrian Rebels Leave Besieged Area Of Homs

Syrian rebels have retreated from a besieged area of Homs in what they are calling a “tactical” withdrawal. The BBC reports that the Free Syrian Army is pulling out of Baba Amr to spare the lives of 4,000 people who are refusing to leave their homes.
