Supreme Court To Hear Texas Affirmative Action Case

The Supreme Court has agreed to take up the appeal of a white student who claims she was rejected from the University of Texas because of “racial preferences” in the school’s admissions process. The court will not hear arguments until October, the Los Angeles Times reports.
