The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments to two high-profile cases on marriage equality on subsequent days in March, according to the court’s schedule of oral arguments released Monday, Scotusblog reports. On March 26, the court will hear arguments on California’s Proposition 8 followed by the case on the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) on March 27.
