The Supreme Court will not take a new look at the rights of alleged terrorists being held at Guantanamo Bay. The Associated Press reports that the justices rejected appeals which argued that the federal appeals court had largely ignored a four year old Supreme Court ruling which held that detainees who haven’t been charged have the right to challenge their detainment.
