St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay questioned on Thursday the tactics used by local law enforcement in recent days in Ferguson, Mo., a suburb of 21,000 north of the city.
I question many of the tactics used in Ferguson, especially the arrest of journalists. #fgs

I think it is imperative to distinguish between protest and violence. Only the latter warrants arrest. #fgs

I have spoken to federal, MO, county officials, expressed these views and offered the city’s experience. #fgs

That’s nice, perhaps he should freaking DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?
Questions the tactics? This looks like a police riot. They are out of control.
Question: Now that police forces all over the country have become highly militarized with armored equipment and high-powered weaponry, who’s going to demilitarize them, take all all these “toys” away? Who’s guarding the guardians?
Awwwwww
The cops are just defending their right to fear-monger …

I question why you haven’t relieved the police chief of his duties.
In fairness, it’s not his town. He’s criticizing what’s going on in one of his town’s 'burbs.
