Senate Democrats will hold a press conference call on the Buffett Rule at 1 p.m., reports TPM’s Sahil Kapur.
At 2 p.m., the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to the bill, called the Paying a Fair Share Act.
The Senate will then proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Buffett Rule in the evening.
