The New Republic has a pretty striking photo of Sen. Rand Paul on its cover that it released online Monday, in which the Kentucky Tea Party presidential hopeful is crossing his fingers in a large black and white portait that extends the length of the cover.
“The real Rand Paul (can’t be trusted),” reads the headline.
