Joe Scarborough on Monday apologized to his “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski for accusing her of hypocrisy over the lack of women in President’s Obama’s inner circle last week.
On Thursday, Scarborough said Brzezinski sharply criticized Mitt Romney over his “binders full of women” remark, but let Obama off the hook when he nominated men to his top cabinet slots.
“I’m sorry about that,” Scarborough said Monday. “You didn’t deserve it.” Scarborough said his New Year’s resolution includes interrupting Brzezinski less. As for the rest of the guests? Not likely. “It’s gotta be ‘Morning Joe,'” he said.
“All right, it’s fine, we’re good,” Brzezinski said, snapping at her fingers at Scarborough. “Let’s do the news.”
