Republican Senate candidate Ted Cruz will get a boost from former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin in the final week before the runoff election in which he gaces Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, reports Hotline On Call. Palin will appear with Cruz at a rally near Houston on Friday night.
Cruz could pull off an upset after conservative leaders like Palin, South Carolina Sen. Jim DeMint and several outside conservative groups came to his aid in recent months.
