Appearing in a town hall meeting in Keene, NH, Rick Santorum dismissed the notion that President Barack Obama deserves recognition for the encouraging new jobs report. Rather, he said, unemployment is dropping as a result of widespread “optimism that Republicans will take the White House,” tweets Politico’s Dave Catanese.
