Rick Santorum and his allied super-PAC are probabaly going to get majorly outspent in Illinois, the next major battleground in the Repubublican primary fight. But it looks like Santorum is going to get his licks in anyway. Here’s the newest ad from the Red, White and Blue Fund, the super PAC supporting Santorum. A source tells TPM the ad is going on air with a $300,000 buy:
