Santorum Defends Trump’s Muslim Ban By Blaming Obama

As the candidates in Tuesday’s GOP undercard debate were asked to weigh in on Donald Trump’s proposal to ban Muslims from immigrating into the United States, former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) defended Trump by arguing his ban targeted President Obama’s policies, not Muslims.

“What Donald Trump was saying was nothing against Muslims. His comment was against this administration who doesn’t have a policy to properly vet people coming into this country,” Santorum said. He suggested that people were piling on “maybe from the polls” and that Trump was bringing up “a legitimate issue.”

“The fact of the matter here is not all Muslims are jihadists and no one, including I suspect Donald Trump, would say that. But the reality is all jihadists are Muslims. That’s the reality,” Santorum said. “We have to stop worrying about offending some people and start defending all Americans. Because we’re not right now.”

Nobody (even those in PA) really cares what he thinks anymore. This is merely Santorum’s way of applying for Minister of Virtue & Trans-Vaginal Ultrasounds in the never-going-to-happen Trump Administration.

ps: It’s telling how far gone RS is when fails to recognize the non-Muslim terrorists in our midst—KKK, Planned Parenthood shooter, Charleston shooter, Eric Rudolph, ad nauseum.

  2. What a murderous bunch. 45 minutes of how they would kill other human beings. Each of them more lethal the the other. The crowd goes wild.

One fifth of clinics in 2000 experienced some form of extreme activity. [13]

According to NAF, since 1977 in the United States and Canada, property crimes committed against abortion providers have included 41 bombings, 173 arsons, 91 attempted bombings or arsons, 619 bomb threats, 1630 incidents of trespassing, 1264 incidents of vandalism, and 100 attacks with butyric acid (“stink bombs”).[I 16] The New York Times also cites over one hundred clinic bombings and incidents of arson, over three hundred invasions, and over four hundred incidents of vandalism between 1978 and 1993.[I 22] The first clinic arson occurred in Oregon in March 1976 and the first bombing occurred in February 1978 in Ohio.[I 23]

Not all Christians are extremist anti-abortion nutjobs, but…

  4. Of course, the little frothy mixture blames the decent honest competent President.
