Rick Santorum, accusing President Obama of passing the blame to others on gas prices, pledged never to mention his predecessors should he be elected.
“I will never mention a former president’s name when I am in office,” he said at a rally in Westerville, Ohio. He added: “Man up, take responsibility and quit blaming everybody else.”
