News Corporation chairman Rupert Murdoch on Tuesday took to Twitter to endorse the legislation proposed by a bipartisan group of eight senators that would overhaul the nation’s immigration system.

The so-called “Gang of 8” had planned a formal rollout of the immigration bill on Tuesday, but Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) announced that the group will “wait at least a day” out of respect for the victims of the deadly explosions that erupted in Boston on Monday afternoon.
