Romney Calls Decision To Withdraw From Afghanistan ‘Misguided’

Mitt Romney on Wednesday called the announcement from Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta that the U.S. will withdraw troops from Afghanistan in 2013 “misguided,” saying it’s dangerous to let the world know about our military plans. “His naivete is putting in jeopardy the mission of the United States of America and our commitments to freedom,” Romney said.
