Second time’s the charm! Rick Perry drew loud applause from a New Hampshire debate audience Sunday morning for successfully naming three departments he’d cut from the federal government, a question he famously flubbed in a previous debate.

Perry said if he made reductions in federal spending, “it would be those bureaucrats at the Dept. of Commerce, Energy, and Education.” As the audience went wild, Perry motioned with three fingers and grinned.
