Shareholders are suing Facebook, its founder Mark Zuckerberg and banks led by Morgan Stanley, accusing them of concealing from investors a “severe and pronounced reduction” in Facebook revenue forecasts, Reuters reports. The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan.
