Yahoo has expanded its much–criticized patent infringement lawsuit against Facebook from 10 to 12 patents, according to patents blogger Florian Mueller. Now that Facebook has a wealth of new patents from IBM and Microsoft, the fight is likely to get worse before it gets better.
