Report: Portions Of 9/11 Victims’ Remains Ended Up In Landfill

The Defense Department acknowledged Tuesday that some small portions of unidentified human remains recovered from the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on the Pentagon and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, were incinerated and eventually dumped in a landfill, the Washington Post reports.
