Report: House Immigration Talks Stalled

Bipartisan negotations over comprehensive immigration reform have stalled in the House of Representatives, ABC News reported Wednesday, as Republican lawmakers insist that millions of the nation’s undocumented immigrants have no access to government sponsored health care during the 15 year process it would take them to obtain citizenship.
