Gov. Mitt Romney leads Monday’s edition of the Republican-leaning Rasmussen national tracking poll, 49 percent to President Obama’s 47 percent. That’s a move down for Romney, who was leading the Rasmussen tracker 50 percent to Obama’s 46 percent on Saturday, and by 3-points on Sunday.
