Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel canceled a fundraiser for a super PAC supporting House Democrats this week to deal with the teachers strike, but that doesn’t mean he’s stepped down from his new position helping to raise cash for Priorities USA, a super PAC supporting President Obama.
