The pro-Romney super PAC Restore Our Future is continuing to advertise in Wisconsin and Michigan, launching their second ad buy in both states, reports CNN. The Romney campaign had hoped Michigan, where Romney was born, and Wisconsin, the state Paul Ryan represents, would be toss-ups, but recent polls show both states trending Obama’s way.

The new ad targets President Obama’s economic record and begins airing Wednesday.

From CNN:

Restore Our Future is going up with a $2.2 million buy spanning one week ($1.2 million in Michigan and $1 million in Wisconsin) beginning Wednesday.

Its new ad focuses on the future of a girl who was age one when the president was inaugurated in 2009 and would now be in kindergarten.

An announcer asks: “Is her future getting better? Under Obama, America is experiencing the worst economic recovery since the Great Depression. Counting people who have dropped out or stopped looking for work, the real unemployment rate is 19%.”
