The worst power outage in more than a decade in India left 350 million people in the dark for more than eight hours Monday, The Guardian reports. India’s capital, Delhi, was affected, as well as Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Jammu and Kashmir.
