Ohio Sen. Rob Portman, a top VP contender, raised eyebrows when he said he didn’t think he would be Mitt Romney’s running mate Wednesday, CNN reports. “I just got elected two years ago,” he said in Colorado. “I think that’s where I’m going to end up staying.”
Romney is likely to announce his vice presidential pick in the near future.
