College Station Police Department spokesperson Officer Rhonda Seaton tells the Dallas Morning News there are “multiple injuries” at the scene of a shooting near Texas A&M University. Officers are among the injured, Seaton said.
Seaton says “the situation is under control, and at least one person has been [detained].” That person, she says, “is believed to be the suspect.”
