Connecticut State Police Lt. Paul Vance said Monday at a press conference that he suspects police could hold Sandy Hook Elementary School as a crime scene for “months.” Once the police investigation ends, Vance said, “it’s up to the town officials to determine exactly what’s appropriate with that facility and with that building.”
Vance said police will hold the school as a crime scene “indefinitely.”
