California campaign treasurer Kinde Durkee, accused of stealing over $7 million from the accounts of her clients, has a plea hearing set for Friday afternoon, according to a new court filing. Durkee will be arraigned on new charges and enter her plea at 11 a.m. Federal prosecutors laid out her alleged scheme in an information filing earlier this week, which typically means a defendant has agreed to plea guilty.
